Service
We provide interpreted readings of consumer language (demand checks, monitoring, message assets). We do not make your market-entry decision, prepare revenue forecasts, or form a local entity on your behalf.
Contract and cancellation
Monitoring subscriptions run for a minimum of three months and may be cancelled thereafter with one month’s written notice. One-off packs have no committed term after delivery is accepted. Fees are quoted and invoiced in US dollars and are held for 30 days from the quote. Japanese consumption tax is charged only where it applies to your company, and we confirm the treatment in writing before the first invoice.
Deliverables and IP
Reports are licensed to the contracting company for internal use. Underlying collection systems, prompts and methods remain ours. You may not resell the report as a standalone product.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential, including under any NDA we sign. We can use your standard NDA after review.
Liability
Insights are hypotheses based on publicly observable consumer language collected within each platform’s terms. They are not guarantees of market outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where Japanese law does not allow a cap.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
