What teams usually ask before they sign.
Is custom collect a separate service from the demand check?
Yes. Pack ① is one country, one category, standard sources, fixed $7,500. Named SKUs, titles, extra countries or extra sources are pack ④, from $12,000.
Where does the Japanese data come from?
Major Japanese social platforms and e-commerce review sections, collected within the terms of service of each platform.
What language are the reports written in?
English. The source material is Japanese and is read in Japanese; the analysis and the report are delivered in English so your team can circulate them directly.
What are the contract terms?
Monitoring subscriptions have a three-month minimum, after which you can cancel with one month’s notice. One-off services have no committed term.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We have a standard NDA and we are also able to review and sign your own template.
How does invoicing work for a company outside Japan?
We quote and invoice in USD by bank transfer. Japanese consumption tax treatment depends on where your company is established; we confirm this in writing before the first invoice.
Do you also cover markets other than Japan?
Yes. Our original line covers Southeast Asian consumer markets. If you need a third market rather than Japan, tell us in the enquiry and we will confirm coverage before quoting.
